My approach is shaped by over a decade of leadership in the Canadian Armed Forces, where I specialized in building resilient teams in complex, high-stakes environments. This practical experience is backed by a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and advanced certifications in executive coaching and change management.
I am a constant learner with a passion for technology and its potential to improve how we work, especially with innovations in AI. Outside of the office, you'll often find me at the gym.
